1. Information we collect

Information you choose to give us through forms: name, email, phone number (optional), country, city, languages, roles, interests, goals, business details and message content.

Minimal technical data recorded by our hosting infrastructure (for example IP addresses in logs) to run the service and prevent abuse. The website currently uses no analytics or advertising tools.

2. How we use it

To reply to your requests, review sign-ups, tell you when member accounts launch and, if you agree, send Viet Global updates. We do not sell personal data.

3. Visibility & introductions

When member profiles launch, every field will have three visibility levels: Public, Members-only and Private. Email and phone are Private by default.

Your contact details are shared in an introduction only when you agree to that introduction.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with technical infrastructure providers (hosting, database) as needed to run the service, or when required by law. Data may be stored outside your country.

5. Cookies & local storage

We set a language cookie (vg_lang) only when you actively choose a language. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Storage & security

Data is stored with access controls and only authorised people can reach it. No system is perfectly secure. If an incident affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. Send a request through the Contact page (topic “Personal data request”) or email hello@vietglobal.org.
